RETURN POLICY
This return policy applies to purchases made on our website:
- Customers are not allowed to cancel their purchase after the order is placed. However, customers are allowed to make correction to their orders within 24 hours of their purchases AND must be before their order is fulfilled.
- If a product is defective, this must be reported within 7 days of delivery or receipt of order in person. Customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the defect item by e-mailing to assist@blissfuldelirium.com. If the product is deemed defective, BLISSFUL DELIRIUM will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer.
- Shipping fees to return items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Items must be in their original packaging including all plastic sleeves, cardboard boxes and covers in new condition. Items returned without this original like new packaging cannot be accepted and will be deemed used. Item deem as used will not be replaced.
- Free products are not entitled for replacement nor return.
